Information we use
Sleep Settled uses your email address to identify your account, send purchase access emails and requested sign-in links and provide support. We store course progress, diary entries you choose to save, and payment references. Do not put information about other people in your diary.
Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores membership data. Resend delivers purchase access and sign-in emails. Stripe processes payments and stores payment details. We do not receive your full card number. These providers may process information internationally under their respective privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Optional Meta advertising cookies load only after you accept them. They measure sales-page visits and confirmed purchases, including purchase value, browser/device information and network identifiers. We do not send your email, diary, lesson activity or login tokens to Meta. We disable automatic event collection and advanced matching in our integration. Your choice is saved for 180 days and can be changed using Cookie choices. Declining does not affect your purchase or course access. Meta may process data internationally under its privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
Retention and your choices
You can edit, delete and export your diary entries in your account. Contact hello@sleepsettled.com to request access, correction or deletion of account information. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations.
